Michael J. Bonia – Construction
Director
A licensed Construction Supervisor, Mike’s
focus is to oversee all phases of a project from estimate
to completion. Mike utilizes his construction
background to coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors
for the purpose of delivering a quality product that
fits the needs of the client. The time and effort
that Mike invests into a project allows us to provide
the most amount of project to fit the budget of the
client.
Experience:
- Northeast Regional Vocational High School – Carpentry
Program
- 3 year certificate program – carpentry
- Weatherbee Construction and S.C. Construction:
Worked primarily on commercial and industrial construction,
renovation, and demolition.

Nelson L. Miller
Jr. – Business
Director
A licensed Construction Supervisor, Nelson is responsible
for business operations including contracts, finances,
correspondence, and compliance. We pride ourselves
not only on the quality of the project that we deliver,
but also in the process in which we deliver it. Nelson’s
focus is to organize and communicate a project with regard
to the contract, finances, change orders, and other systems
we utilize to keep our clients informed.
Experience:
- B.S. Civil Engineering, Univ. of Massachusetts Lowell
1995
- Vannasse Hangen Brustlin Inc.: Project Engineer responsible
for design, scheduling, budgeting, public presentations,
and contract documents.

Sean Scanlon – Production
Manager
A licensed Construction Supervisor, Sean brings with
him a background in commercial construction and has
transferred those skills to the remodeling industry. Sean’s
focus is scheduling and on-site coordination of a project,
as well as, status meetings with clients and sub-contractors. Sean
plays the primary role in efficiently and effectively
communicating the status and execution of a project
to the client, and working with them through the many
decisions that are made during that time.
Experience:
- Massachusetts Carpenters Union – Journeyman
certified
- 4 year apprentice program
- TLT Construction: Assistant Supervisor, large scale
commercial and industrial construction projects.
-Nashoba Regional School District: Assistant Facilities
Manager

Dan Thornell – Lead Carpenter
Dan’s major responsibility is the proper and efficient
execution of all construction tasks. Through
continuing education and on-site experience, Dan has
become proficient in all phases of construction. Dan’s
experience as a manager has prepared him for the responsibility
of overseeing a crew or sub-contractor.

Michael Harrison – Carpenter
Michael joined our company as a co-operative student
of the carpentry program at North Shore Technical High
School and has since developed into an important part
of the team. Michael’s responsibilities
include the execution of tasks during all phases of
construction, as well as, coordination with sub-contractors
and management of supplemental staff.

Al Bonnano – Carpenter/Laborer
As a carpenter and laborer for ACR, Albert "Al" Bonanno
assists the team in all aspects of carpentry on a job,
from framing to finish, in addition to onsite set-up
and clean-up. Bonanno also directs subcontractors during
various phases of a project.
